HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)

RETURN SHIPPING

- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit
- Keep your tracking number for proof of delivery

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- You'll receive a confirmation

CONDITION FOR REFUND

Items must be:
- In original condition (unused or minimally used)
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Free of damage caused by misuse

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept returns for:
